About these terms

Products and prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Product pages describe the offered model, color, materials, dimensions and electrical requirements. Read these details before purchase. The checkout shows the applicable item prices, shipping, tax and total before payment authorization.
Payment authorization and order acceptance
By submitting payment through an available payment service, you authorize the stated total using the payment method you provide. A payment attempt alone does not establish that an order has been accepted. An order is accepted when we provide an order acceptance confirmation. If a payment or order requires clarification, contact customer support.
Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The estimated total is 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year without daylight saving adjustments. Orders placed before the cutoff use that business day as the processing start day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day. We charge no shipping fee and display $0.00 tax at checkout; this does not mean products are legally tax-exempt.
Returns and refunds
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Please obtain authorization and return instructions before shipping. Authorized returns go to 129 Chemin De La Taillat, 38690 Torchefelon, France. For a change of mind, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging; you pay return shipping to France. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error, we cover return shipping and arrange the appropriate return, replacement or refund with you. The ordinary unused and original-packaging requirements do not prevent a claim for damage, defects or an incorrect item. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Please use a tracked return service and retain your receipt.
Product use
Follow the instructions supplied with your product. Electrical models in this collection are designed for 120V / 60Hz U.S. power. The non-electric stovetop models are for gas stoves and are not suitable for induction cooktops. Keep hot appliances and toast tools away from children.
